Depending on the size of your account order, your canvas can weigh anywhere from 2-3 kilograms or 4-6 pounds. As mentioned, all products are packaged very carefully. We’ll wrap your order in plastic with cardboard corner guards and send it off safely in a cardboard box to the shipping address.
Refund and Return Policy
Our products get fantastic reviews. However, if there is anything about your item you are unhappy with, I can replace the canvas or send you replacement panels. All items are packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. But, if damage does occur, you can send me photos of the issue, and I’ll ship you a replacement. And you won’t need to pay any more money for the replacement, either.
